Dixie: Our baby before our baby |
Hey there! My husband Silvio and I (Jocie) are the proud owners of Dixie, a Siberian Husky. He thinks I'm so corny for doing this, but I figured it be fun to keep track of the memories we form with Dixie. How she grows, etc etc. Dixie was born March 27, 2011. She turned 4 months today (July 27, 2011) and we began her first pet training class last Saturday at PetSmart. I look forward to posting pictures of Dixie and of our adventures together. If you are a Husky, Samoyed, and/or Malamute owner I am really interested in hearing from you. It's great to hear from other owners of these beautiful working dogs and their experiences. I'd like to hear from anyone in general though as I love dogs and animals very much. Welcome to Dixie Land! |

Hello! I am Dixie. I like laying around a lot. I run around a bit, but I’m enjoying these lazy summer days very much. I’m still a baby - only 4 months old today! Dad and mom are taking me to training lessons because I tend to be a bit stubborn, but I get lots of treats when they train me so I don’t mind!
